What's the difference between Standard and Self-Diagnostic?

Both are EVERIZ batteries. Standard covers far more models and may trigger the iOS battery message on recent iPhones; Self-Diagnostic, available for several iPhone 13 and 14 models, is designed not to show it. Pick based on the model and what your customer expects.

Does the battery come with adhesive?

Per the product pages, the box includes the battery ready to install plus mounting adhesive, depending on the model. Check the page for the model you're ordering to see exactly what's included.

Can I take these batteries to Latin America?

We deliver only within the US, either at our Miami store or to your freight forwarder. Lithium batteries have their own air-shipping rules, so confirm with your forwarder that they can carry them before you order. International shipping and import are handled on your end.

The two battery lines

Standard – EVERIZ: iPhone 6, 6s, 7 and 8 and their Plus versions; X, XR, XS and XS Max; 11 and 11 Pro; 12 mini; 13 and 13 Pro; 14; and 15 Pro Max.
Self-Diagnostic – EVERIZ: iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 14, 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. According to its product page, it carries a module on the flex designed to keep iOS from showing the replaced-part notice.

What to keep on hand

Beyond the iPhone 11, XR and 13, the in-stock batteries our customers order most are for the iPhone 7, XS Max and 6 Plus. Those six models make a sensible starting point for a first order, and you can add the rest as your repair tickets show demand.

About the iOS battery message

On the iPhone XR, XS and later, iOS may show a message after the swap saying it can't verify the battery, and Battery Health may stop appearing in Settings. That's normal with replacement batteries, and as our product pages note, it doesn't affect how the phone works. Explain it to your customer at handoff, or use the Self-Diagnostic line on models that have it.
