Lithium batteries have their own air-shipping rules. Before you buy, confirm with your freight forwarder how they ship power banks and which capacities they accept. We deliver only within the US: you pick up in Miami or we hand the order to your forwarder, and international shipping, duties and import paperwork are up to you and your forwarder. Frequently asked questions
Does the magnetic power bank work with Android phones?
It snaps straight onto MagSafe iPhones. On Android, the phone needs wireless charging plus a magnetic case or ring to hold the pack; without wireless charging, a pack with a cable, like the Hoco J159, is the better fit.
Which capacity should I stock for resale?
Stock by customer type: 5,000 mAh for people who want something light, like the Hoco J115 or 1HORA GAR276; 10,000 mAh for everyday use; and 20,000 mAh for travel or multiple devices. One of each gives you an option for every kind of customer.
What does the warranty cover on a power bank?
Like everything we sell, power banks carry a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If one turns out to be defective, we inspect it at our Miami office and replace it or issue a credit. See the warranty and returns policy for the full terms.
