Is EVERIZ an official 1HORA distributor?

Yes. We're an official 1HORA distributor and keep the stock at our Miami warehouse in the Doral area. Everything we sell carries a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects: if an item fails, our Miami office inspects it and replaces it or issues a credit.

Do you have the AUT212 earbuds or the GAR170 charger?

Not right now; both are sold out. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know when they're back. Meanwhile, the 65 W GAR323 and the AUT119, AUT209 and AUT210 wireless earbuds are in stock.

Can I mix different 1HORA items in one order?

Yes. Chargers, kits, earbuds and batteries can all share a cart. Each item keeps its own sales rule, so if a product page calls for a full case or a minimum quantity, the cart applies it to that item only.
