How to buy wholesale in Miami from your country
- Open a wholesale account. Choose your business's country when you sign up: we accept companies from the US and from most Latin American and Caribbean countries. Add your business type and, optionally, your tax ID (RFC, RUC, NIT or similar). We review every application within 48 business hours.
- Add your freight forwarder. If you already work with one, enter their name and US address, or your mailbox code, when you sign up or later on.
- Build your order. Once approved, you'll see your tier price on every product. Many items ship by the case, and the cart enforces those multiples for you.
- Pay. Wire transfer or ACH, Zelle or your Everiz wallet balance, all in US dollars. We prepare the order once the payment is confirmed.
- Receive it. We deliver to your freight forwarder in the US, or you pick it up at our Doral store. Your forwarder handles shipping to your country.
What your freight forwarder does, and what we do
We always deliver within the United States. Our part ends when the order reaches your freight forwarder or when you pick it up. International shipping, duties and your country's import paperwork are handled by you and your forwarder.
Every order comes with a PDF invoice you can download from your account. Before your first order, ask your forwarder:
- what they charge by weight or volume, and how often they consolidate shipments to your country;
- which documents they need besides the invoice;
- whether they carry lithium batteries, such as power banks and phone batteries, and under what conditions;
- what restrictions your country places on importing phones and electronics.
Picking up in Miami
If you're traveling to Miami or have someone here, you can pick up at 2938 NW 72nd Ave, at the International Airport Center in the Doral area. We prepare your order in about two hours during store hours and let you know when it's ready; when you arrive, your pickup code is all you need. Sales tax
Orders picked up at the store or delivered to a Florida address, including a freight forwarder's, carry Florida sales tax as required by law, unless you have a valid exemption certificate on file in your account. Checkout shows the tax as a separate line before you pay; if you're unsure how it applies to you, ask us before you order.
Payments and credit
